Wickenburg Fire Department

Wickenburg Rotary Club enjoyed their lunch speaker April 28th. Tony Christofferson, the city's Fire Department's Emergency Manager for the Town of Wickenburg and Ed Temerowski, Fire Chief brought timely information to the Rotary members about staying safe during wild fires.

Wickenburg Saddle Club Royalty

On April 14, the Wickenburg Rotary Club had the distinct pleasure of welcoming the Wickenburg Saddle Club Royalty to our luncheon. We were joined by 2026 Rodeo Queen Lynee Cheatham, Junior Queen Kaylee Stapleton, Princess Dayle McMillan, and Saddle Club Secretary Sarah Cline. They kindly took the time to share updates on their recent activities and the various events they attend throughout the year.

Rotary Welcomes Lieutenant Kenny Lutkiewicz

At our Tuesday lunch meeting on April 7, the Wickenburg Rotary Club had the distinct privilege of hosting Lieutenant Ken Lutkiewicz from the Operations Division of the Wickenburg Police Department. A dedicated local resident and Wickenburg High School graduate, Lieutenant Lutkiewicz has committed the past 28 years to protecting and serving our community.

A Journey to the Roof of Africa

Shari recounted her challenging eight-day trek up Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, an expedition she undertook with her sister-in-law. Walking in the clouds comes at great risk of altitude sickness and extreme exhaustion, but for many it is worth the climb!
